Srikandi Pants (Monochrome)
The Srikandi pants have stitched large side pleats and a fluid wide leg. It comes with an elastic waist band for adaptability throughout the day. The pattern is inspired by the woven checks pattern of kain pelikat commonly worn as sarong by men in the Nusantara.
Here, it is interpreted in black, white and grey - achromatic to symbolize polar opposites of black (bad) and white (good) in Rwa Bhineda, a philosophy of balance and dualism.
